Hope everyone is having a great week. I can't believe how fast its flying by. Not that I'm complaining since the faster the week goes, the quicker the weekend is here!
I wanted to stop by today to share a mini-album I put together last week. A couple of weeks ago the local exhibition was in town and I took a ton of pictures to scrapbook but didn't want to do a bunch of layouts so I thought a mini-album would work great.
A few months back I bought some 7gypsies Photo Carousel Cards and had no idea what I was going to use them for. After digging through my box of mini-album materials and not feeling inspired, I remembered those cards and went looking for them. They looked like this:
I cut them down to 4x6 size and then used my trusty Crop o' Dile to punch a series of holes down one side so they looked like this:
Using a 6x6 paper pad of Echo Park's Everyday Eclectic, I covered both sides of the cards with paper. When I was done I had a nice pretty little pile:
I printed all my photos off in 3x4 size and then further cut some of them down a bit more to fit them on the pages. I matted them with kraft paper and tried to go in chronological order from when we walked in the gates of the exhibition until we left. Here are the finished pages.
I love how this album turned out and I hope E will get a kick out of thumbing through it and seeing all the pictures of us.
Thanks for stopping by to have a look. Have a great day.
